I CAN’T DECLARE THE SEAT VACANT- SPEAKER ALBAN BAGBIN TELLS COUR

The high court in Cape Coast wanted the speaker to declare the Assin North seat vacant, in order to conduct a bye election.

But speaker Alban Bagbin has refuse the order because according to him, the embattled NDC MP, Hon. Quayson, has shown him a court process he has started to challenge the high court ruling.
